Delivery information

As all of our candles are handpoured to order, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

Shipping costs

Our delivery charges are as follows:
Large candles: £7.00
Medium candles: £5.00
Small candles: £3.00

Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £50. T&Cs apply.

Packaging your candles

All our candles are packaged to a high standard, ensuring they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Returns and exchanges

If a candle does not meet your expectations or has arrived damaged, we are happy to discuss and will offer a refund or replacement where appropriate. Please contact us to arrange this.
